They're keeping the client super-secret it seems... but Creative Circle has a really interesting post up for a Studio Manager position at a TBD company based out of North Austin. It's a salaried, full time position. Studio manager would be responsible for overseeing production of video and stills centering around the beauty industry.
We're looking for an individual that can join our communications teams to create compelling stories for our community. The ideal candidate has a great understanding of the production workflow, but will also be part of a proactive collaborative team to help create these stories. Our storyteller will work with our comm/creative teams from concept to presentation. This individual will pre-produce (do all the leg work), capture (set-up/capture/tear-down), & work the post-production workflow (i.e. do all the post-production and make ready for publication/presentation). This 20-25 hour/week position will require additional video segments (not story, but more informative) throughout the month and year. Of course, this individual will have a deep understanding of camera/audio gear and it's use as well as post-production software. In other words, if you're a great storyteller (i.e. the lone wolf of story), but want the umbrella of having a day job, this is the job for you.
